Founded in 2012, Leadership Empowerment Group

has a vast amount of experience in providing training, resources, and services in areas of leadership development and soft skills like professional communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict management. With offices in the Rio Grande Valley and San Antonio, Leadership Empowerment Group (L.E.G.) is composed of 14 consultants who are all considered experts in the field of leadership and soft skills. All L.E.G. consultants have earned a PhD or EdD in their respective fields. 

Our vision is to provide training, services, and products to the workforce in industries such as: Education, Healthcare, Business, Non-Profits and our communities in hopes of empowering leadership development for today's leaders to be successful tomorrow.
