Leadership Development is a journey and the Leadership Academies allow for systematic long-term learning. Designed to be monthly profesional development sessions, the Leadership Academies provide an ongoing way to learn together.
Typically, Leadership Academis are held once a month for 10 months (half or full day). Participants cover a wide range of Leadership topics throughout their year culminating with a graduation ceremony at the end of their academy.
Each Leadership Academy comes with a Certificate of Completions.

Full day or half day training with the purpose of developing boards with guidance on strategic planning. conflict management, and helping board members be more connected to the Vision/Mission of the Organization.
The Strategic Leadership Academy allows the top executive leadership/management team to meet and learn together about strategy, planning, competitive analysis, client acquisition, business development, and sales.
The Emerging Leadership Academy allows upcoming/aspiring leaders to meet and learn together about leadership, communication, building the team, and business development. The ultimate goal isthat graduates of the Emerging
Leadership Academy will be equipped with the skills to enter into leadership roles and lead a high performing team successfully.
A seven week program that empowers parents with specific leadership skills that will allow them to be more effective leaders in their homes with their families and in their communities.
The Teacher Leadership Academy is designed for anyone working in an Educational system wishing to comprehensively develop leadership skills to better enable them to set and reach goals.
It is expected that the participants of the SLA will leave with the specific leadership skills that will allow them to be more effective leaders in school,
families, and community.
The Nurse Leadership Academy
(NLA) is intended for nurses for the
purpose of developing leadership
skills in an ever -changing work
environment. Research shows that
not all leadership styles translate
accurately in the workplace during
uncertain time (i.e., global
pandemic). The Nurse Leadership
Academy will explore latest
research on effective leadership
during times of chaos, change, and
crisis.

It is expected that board members of organizations will take an active role in carrying out the responsibilities of a board member to include creating or enhancing the organization culture so that it promotes clarity of focus, documentation of efforts, communication of expectations and implementation of priorities. In addition, it is expected that board members will be more connected to the Vision/Mission of the organization.
Targeted audence: Leadership Teams and Board Members.
Participants will be involved in activities where, in small groups, the participnts will brainstorm and list strategies for maximizing success.
Board training allows for capacity building, dialogue, and consensus on the various roles and responsibilities of a board member. Board training allows for a focused approach to problem solving, productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency as they relate to overall goals of non-profits as well as for profit organizations.

This seven week program is designed to help parents build skills in family leadership, conflict management, communication, and organizational skills.
It is expected that the participants of the PLA will leave with the specific leadership skills that will allow them to be more effective leaders in their families and communities.
Because (by definition) everyone is a leader, the PLA is designed for parents who are wishing to comprehensively develop leadership skills to better enable them to reach goals and lead families more effectively.
Participants will be involved in Cooperative Learning activities where, in small groups, the participants will engage in hands on activities related to topics discussed.
The PLA is offered in a 7 week program. There is a recommended structure but the PLA can be customized.
There is a Kick Off event where participants will be given the schedule and course information as well as goody bags. At the conclusion of the PLA, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion during a Graduation Ceremony.
Training for leaders in education. Participants will gain skills that will allow them to be more effective employees in a changing educational environment.
It is expected that participants of the TLA will leave with specific leadership skills that will allow them to be more effective employees in a changing educational environment.
Because (by definition) everyone is a leader, the TLA is designed for anyone working in an Educational system wishing to comprehensively develop leadership skills to better enable them to set and reach goals.
The TLA is offered in a 5 course or 10 course program. The following sequence is recommended but the TLA can be customized:
