What is Executive Coaching?
Our one-on-one Executive Coaching offers leaders coaching services designed to help develop executive presence through effective goal setting, professional communication, de-escalating difficult employees and/or customers, and leadership behaviors. Executive Coaching can assist in the pursuit of career goals and the development of high performing teams.
Leadership Empowerment Group Coaches are trained in providing assistance with modifying any negative stimulus, providing greater clarity, and showing leaders how to create an executive presence. Through coaching, participants can elevate their success, learn from mistakes, and maintain focus on getting results quickly.
Our Structure
Executive Coaching Sessions are scheduled once a month. We recommend a 5-session minimum in order to see maximum results.
