Founded in 2012, Leadership Empowerment Group

has a vast amount of experience in providing training, resources, and services in areas of leadership development and soft skills such as professional communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict management. With offices in the Rio Grande Valley (Mercedes and McAllen), San Antonio, and Waco,  Leadership Empowerment Group (L.E.G.) is composed of 14 consultants who are all considered experts in the field of leadership and soft skills. All Leadership Empowerment Group consultants have earned a Ph.D. or Ed.D. in their respective fields.
