Dr. Barbara Baggerly-Hinojosa
Dr. Barbara Baggerly-Hinojosa is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Leadership Empowerment Group, LLC. and has been a consultant for over 8 years. Dr. Hinojosa earned a PhD in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University. She is an expert in soft skills and leadership training. She currently provides training in our three locations(RGV-SA-WACO).
C.A. Hinojosa III
Mr. Hinojosa is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Leadership Empowerment Group, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in the computer industry, Mr. Hinojosa has an extensive background in sales, customer service, business structure, and support services. In addition, Mr. Hinojosa has served his community for over 10 years as a volunteer fire fighter who specializes in training and support.

Dr. Monica Villarreal
Dr. Monica Villarreal has been a consultant with Leadership Empowerment Group for 3 years. Dr. Villarreal earned the PhD in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University and is an expert in leadership and communication. She is currently a member of the Rio Grande Valley team and works with wide variety of clients.
Dr. Myra Garcia
Dr. Myra Garcia has been a part of Leadership Empowerment Group for over a year. She earned the PhD in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University. She is an expert in Leadership and Compliance issues. Dr. Garcia leads training workshops for various groups in the Rio Grande Valley.
Dr. Randall Garza
Dr. Randall Garza has been a part of the Leadership Empowerment Group San Antonio team for almost a year. Dr. Garza earned a PhD in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University and is considered the expert in leadership and team building.
Dr. Kristina Garza
Dr. Kristine Garza has been a consultant with Leadership Empowerment Group for over a year. Dr. Garza earned a PhD in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University. She is an expert in leadership and team culture/climate. She is currently a team member of the Rio Grande Valley and provides workforce training Valley wide.
Elaine Botello
The Leadership Empowerment Group would like to welcome Elaine Botello to the team. Elaine Botello will serve the Waco community leading training workshops in soft skills and leadership. Mrs. Botello is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification through the nationally recognized Human Resources Certification Institute.

Dr. Liz Silva has been a part of Leadership Empowerment Group for a year. Dr. Silva serves the Rio Grande Valley communities leading training workshops in soft skills and leadership. Dr. Silva earned her Doctorate Degree from UTRGV.
Dr. Albert Irlas
Dr. Albert Irlas earned an EdD in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and is an experienced practitioner of applied research in leadership. Dr. Irlas is honored to serve his community and provides leadership training to the Rio Grande Valley and the greater south Texas area.

Dr. Laura Hees-Garcia has been a consultant with Leadership Empowerment Group for over a year. Dr. Hees-Garcia earned a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University. She is a leadership expert. She is currently a team member of the Rio Grande Valley and provides workforce training Valley-wide.

She is an expert in leadership and Team Culture. She is currently a team member of the Rio Grande Valley and provides workforce training Valley-wide.

Dr. Hollie Garcia has recently joined as a consultant with Leadership Empowerment Group. Dr. Garcia earned a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University. She is an expert in leadership. She is currently a team member of the San Antonio Area and will be providing workforce training.
Dr. Mito Diaz Espinoza
Dr. Diaz Espinoza has recently joined as a consultant with Leadership Empowerment Group. Dr. Diaz Espinoza earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He is an expert in understanding motivating factors for Latino men, leadership, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
